Deloris Womack Cobbs 91, of Tyler, Texas former Duncan resident, passed away Friday, May 16, 2025 in Tyler, Texas.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 22, 2025 at the Duncan Cemetery and arrangements are entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Deloris was born September 25, 1933 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Ladell (Womack) & Allen Ples Pemberton, Deloris married Norman Cobbs on December 17, 1949 in Lindsey, California, to this union were born two children; Randall and Teresa, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Norman preceded Deloris in death on July 12, 2016.

Deloris was raised in Duncan, Oklahoma until moving to Terra Bella and Porterville, Calif. She worked for the U.S. Navy in Port Hueneme, Calif, then 7 years for Sears. She got her Texas Real Estate License and worked in and retired from Paris, Texas. She moved to Duncan, Oklahoma in 1996, until moving back to Texas to be near her children and was presently living in Tyler,Texas.

Deloris is survived by her son; Randall Cobbs of Longview, Texas and her daughter; Teresa Reynolds of Maui, Hawaii, two grandchildren; Sam Reynolds of Maui, Hawaii and Andi Camp of Palestine, Texas, three great-grandchildren; Graham and Caroline Corley and Noa Reynolds. One sister and brother-in-law; Lavon and Gene Paul Hendricks of Duncan, Oklahoma, sister-in-law; Wanda Stapleton of Florida and a brother-in-law; Carl Cobbs of Utah.
