Kay was born July 23, 1946 in Harrisonburg, VA, a daughter of the late Arnold Muterspaugh and Leda Delain Hollar Muterspaugh.
Kay was a graduate of Harrisonburg High School. A successful realtor for over 40 years, she worked for several firms and served on the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors. Kay was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Winchester. She served as a Board member of the Rose Memorial Foundation and the President of Rockingham Ballet Theatre. She loved to travel and took many trips to Paris and Italy.
Kay is survived by her sister, Susan Muterspaugh of Harrisonburg, VA.
The family will receive friends Friday, October 3, 2025 at Grace Lutheran Church in Winchester from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A funeral service will follow at 11:00am with Pastor Johnathan Boynton officiating. Burial will take place at Woodbine Cemetery in Harrisonburg at 2:00 pm.

So sad to hear of Kay´s passing, she a was a family friend and realtor for us over 30 years. She was instrumental in helping us get our first home and we will always be grateful. May she rest in peace and live on in many hearts.
