Denise Clark Obituary
This world was Denise's sitcom where she was the star and we were all her supporting characters. Denise took control of her life and never let life or its struggles control her. She was a strong and fierce woman who loved to show up and show out! When Denise arrived at a party everyone knew it; she was loud, funny and always the best dressed. She was a little bit vain and proud of it, there was no shame in wanting to look and feel her best at all times. Her energy took over the room when she walked in. If you were around her you knew you were in for a great time. She made everyone feel like family even if she had never met you before.
Amazing doesn't even begin to cover the kind of mother Denise was. She loved her children with her whole heart and always made sure they got to experience everything life had to offer. From music, dance, sports and clubs Denise was always there to support her three kids. She always made sure her kids looked perfect so they could feel just as confident as she did.
Denise is survived by her children Terri Leflore (Todd), Brandon Friason, and Christopher Friason (Johanna), her Sisters Dawn and Donna Clark, Brother Darryl Clark (Lynda), six Grandchildren, four Great-grandchildren and a host of Nieces and Nephews. She was proceeded in death by her Parents Willie and Elizabeth Clark, her Sister Deborah Wilhite, and her Sister and best friend Lori Jennings (Hosea).
Private services were held with a small gathering of friends and family. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to The Ryan House.

Vicki was an extraordinary person. Her warm smile and exuberant joie de vie uplifted the hearts and spirits of people wherever she went. We met while working together on an Information Technology project at Omnicare more than a decade ago, and have been friends ever since. Vicki was a true pioneer and among the first women (and women of color ) to establish careers in the IT field back in the early days of COBOL mainframes and punch cards. She had a wealth of experience and a no-nonsense attitude, yet her generous heart and wonderful sense of humor always made working together a positive experience. Vicki was also one of the few people I`ve ever met who could somehow manage to be on a friendly and familiar first-name basis with almost everyone in a large corporation -- from the CEO and upper management to the cleaning staff and cafeteria workers. She epitomized the term "people person" and I will miss her delightful presence and bright spirit more than words can say. With heartfelt gratitude to Vicki for her friendship, and sincere condolences to her family and loved ones.

I met Vicki while working at Omnicare. I had the great pleasure of training her in the QA dept. I left and was able to have her join me at Great American. Vicki was the happiest person that I have ever known and she brought so much sunshine where ever she went. I really do miss that and will surely miss her everyday. My condolences to her children Terri , Chris and Brandon. Even though I have never met you, I feel like I know you from all the conversations I had with your mother and the stories she told me. God Bless

My heart goes out to all those friends and family members who loved Vicki. She and I worked together at The Kroger Co., 1014 Vine Street, Cincinnati. We became best of friends while working together and remained so well beyond the Kroger years. I cherish the wonderful times we had together - There is a place in my heart and life that aches with missing her.
My condolences to Terri, Brian and Chris upon loss of their wonderful mother.
