Denise Peavy Obituary

Mrs. Peavy was born July 30, 1953, in Atlanta, daughter of the late Iverson and Alma Story Denney. A resident of Hogansville for the past 30 years, she retired after serving as a waitress for many years. She enjoyed camping and fishing and loved working.
Survivors include her sons, Shannon Walker (Renee) of Newnan, Jason Walker (Monica) of Hogansville; grandchildren, Brooke Walker, Taylor Sanders, Serenity Walker, Dylan Walker, Zane Walker, Savannah Walker, Ryan Watts; ten great-grandchildren
sisters, Renee Martin of Senoia, Brenda Green of Douglasville; and brothers, Terry Denney of Brooks, Norman Denney of Albany.
The funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, August 2, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. Interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service.
