Denise Mary (Hunziker) Stensgard passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 10, 2024 at Regions Hospital in Sain Paul, Minnesota.
Denise was born in Mankato, Minnesota on January 23, 1961 to Jack and Jean Hunziker. She graduated from Mankato East High School in 1979 and from Mankato State College in 1985.
Denise married the love of her life, Paul Stensgard on June10, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Denise joined Paul in his insurance business and they have lived in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.
Denise is survived by her husband Paul, her 2 brothers Tom, and Patrick, 4 sisters, Bridget Butzer, Kate Simonett, Martha Bohrer, and Jeanna Hunziker along with Paul's 10 brothers, 3 sisters and many nephews and nieces.
There will be a Visitation on Wed., June 19th, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at Willwerscheid West-Heights Chapel, 235 Wentworth Ave., West in West St. Paul, MN 55118.
A Mass Of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 20th at 10:00am at the Church of St. Joseph, 1154 Seminole Ave., West St. Paul, MN 55118. There will be a one-hour prior visitation from 9:00am-10:00am.
