Dennis Edward Balcirak

Dennis Edward Balcirak, 64, of Midland, passed away on May 30, 2025, at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 24, 1960, in Midland, MI, to the late Stephen and Dorothy (Koslowsky) Balcirak.
Dennis graduated from Midland High School in 1978 and built a successful career as a mechanic. He carried on his father's legacy by operating Balcirak Super Service for many years before branching out to work at various establishments. Passionate about the outdoors, Dennis loved hunting and fishing, but above all, he cherished time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren. He took great pride in passing down his knowledge and family traditions. Known for his unwavering work ethic, he believed in doing things right the first time and was always on the move-never one to sit still. His ability to fix just about anything was nothing short of remarkable.
Dennis is survived by his children: Michael Balcirak, Kaitlyn Balcirak, and Joanna (David) Waun; his grandchildren: Finn, Tyler, Hunter, and Asher; and his brothers: Mike (Sue) Balcirak and Richard (Pam) Balcirak. He also leaves behind beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Dorothy, as well as his brother, Steve.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
