Dennis Bernat Obituary
Dennis Wayne Bernat, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023, at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Cathy Bernat; cherished son of Delores Bernat and the late Henry Bernat. Devoted father of Julie (Matt) Brower, Sarah (Ruedi) Waltert, and the late Jennifer May; loving grandfather of Billy (Cheyenne) Spears, III; treasured great-grandfather of Matthew and Maya; dear brother of Karen (The late Russell) Ermeling, Nancy Seay, Tracy Bernat, and the late David Bernat. Dennis is a host to many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Dennis was married to Cathy for 28 wonderful years. He enjoyed playing cards and collecting. Dennis was an avid sports fan, especially of the St. Louis Cardinals. He also was an animal lover, especially cats and dogs. Dennis was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Dennis's name to American Cancer Society.
