Denny Fabrizi, 77, died peacefully, Thursday, March 12, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born July 7, 1948 in Erie, Pennsylvania to the late John Fabrizi and Anna Mae (DeDad) Fabrizi.
Denny graduated from Strong Vincent High School in 1966, was hired by GTE, and then enlisted in the US Air Force in October of 1967. He was stationed in Texas for three years and completed a year-long tour of duty in Vietnam. Following his service, he returned home to work at GTE and retired from Verizon in 2008 after 43 years.
Denny was a talented and accomplished musician who began playing instruments at the age of seven, excelling at the keyboard and accordion. Over the years, he performed in more bands than we can count, most recently with Ruby Port and Gypsy Heart.

At this time, the family plans no visitation and a private burial. A Celebration of Denny's Life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Denny's name may be made to the Erie County Veterans Memorial Park, c/o 4517 Sunnydale Blvd., Erie, PA 16509. The John R.
