Dennis Kai Hatch, known affectionately as Boog by his mother, left this world too soon on June 13, 2025, at the age of 30. Born on September 14, 1994, in Riverside, California, Dennis's zest for life and his infectious smile made a lasting impression on everyone he met. He passed away peacefully in Menifee, California.
Dennis was a loving father, a cherished son, a protective brother, and a friend to many. He leaves behind a legacy of love and joy in the hearts of his beloved children, Matthew and Hanley, who were the pride and joy of his life. His dedication to his family was unwavering, and he shared a special bond with his mother, Renee Ramirez, who supported him through every adventure and challenge. His siblings, Samantha Farias, Mikaela Knuth, Jonathan Hatch, and Kirstyn Hatch, will remember Dennis as a beacon of light and laughter in their lives. They have expressed that though time may pass, the emptiness left by this loss will remain. His grandmothers, Patti Hatch and Rose Richie, will fondly recall his visits filled with stories and smiles. Dennis's memory will also be cherished by his many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins, all of whom he adored deeply. There was no one in Dennis's life that did not know his love. He always made sure that those close to him knew how deep his love ran for everyone he met.
An adventurous soul, Dennis's love for the outdoors was evident to all who knew him. He found solace in the roar of his dirt bike as he explored the rugged terrains of California. His passion for music was unparalleled; he was a regular at concerts, where he felt most alive amidst the rhythm and the crowds. A friendly face in any gathering, Dennis's presence was a source of comfort and joy. Those who had the pleasure of sharing a meal with him knew of his love for good food, especially Mexican cuisine, which he enjoyed both for its flavors and the sense of togetherness it brought to the table.
Loving, adventurous, and friendly-these words only begin to capture the essence of Dennis. He approached life with a heart full of love and an eagerness for new experiences. His adventurous spirit will continue to inspire those he left behind, reminding them to embrace life with open arms and to treasure the simple pleasures.
