Dennis Kupka Obituary
Age 78 of New Lenox, IL, formerly of Alsip, IL, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL. Dennis was born in Chicago, IL to the late Walter and Agnes (nee Berry) Kupka; husband to the late Eileen (nee Prather) Kupka; father of Karen (Mark) Czarnecki and Amy (Dean) Rapp; grandfather of Ryan and Haley Czarnecki, and Ethan and Hayden Rapp; brother of Lynette (Bill) Bivens, Karen (Rick) Geinosky, and the late Barbara Schofro; uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Dennis worked in the automotive parts department at several dealerships for many years. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of VFW Post 450 in Alsip, IL. Dennis enjoyed fishing and watching races, football and baseball as well as spending time with family. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox, IL on Wednesday September 13, 2023 for a Visitation from 4pm – 8pm. Interment will be private.
