Dennis Mitchell Mcgraw

Dennis Mitchell McGraw, 85, of Canton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Born on January 27, 1940, in Canton, Dennis lived a full life of service, dedication, and love. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 27 years, retiring in 1985. During his distinguished career, Dennis worked primarily in the medical field and was stationed across the country and abroad, including Columbus, Ohio; Colorado Springs, Colorado; South Korea along the DMZ; Mt. Laguna, California; Alaska; Langley AFB, Virginia; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and Homestead, Florida.

After retirement, Dennis returned to Canton, where he enjoyed time with family. He was deeply proud of his military service, but his greatest joy was his family.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years, LaDonna McGraw (2020); his parents, Paul "Mickey" and Jean McGraw; and brothers, Thomas and Donald McGraw.

Dennis is survived by his children: Shawn (Rebecca) McGraw of Canal Fulton, Ohio; Dennis (Danyel) McGraw of Fort Collins, Colorado; Eric McGraw of Canton, Ohio; and Kelly (Greg) Quesada of Akron, Ohio. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Amber, Brianna, Conner, Garrett, Eric, and Florence; great-grandchildren, Mia and Cohen; and brothers, Craig of Texas and Kirk of Massillon, Ohio.

Dennis will be remembered for his devotion to family and his years of selfless service. His memory will live on in all who knew and loved him.
