Dennis Ray Milligan, 71, of Moore, South Carolina, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City, North Carolina.
Dennis was born in Stockton, California on August 11, 1954, a son of the late Martha Ellen Hayes Barnette and William Brady Milligan.
He retired from Michelin Tire.
He is survived by a son, Andrew Lee Milligan, two daughters, Loren Cari Milligan and Vanna Rae Milligan, a sister, Karen Milligan McKeown, and seven grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was was also predeceased two brothers, Ronald Wayne Hayes and Gerald Brady Milligan.
