Dennis H Milner

January 14, 1952 – December 26, 2025
Dennis H. Milner, age 73, of Falmouth, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, surrounded by his loving family.
Dennis was a man of deep intellect and a gentle soul. He had a lifelong love of music, literature, and the beauty of nature, but nothing mattered more to him than his family and friends. Known for his sharp mind and quick wit, Dennis was often the most intelligent person in the room and delighted in testing that knowledge by dominating in Jeopardy, Trivial Pursuit, and Words with Friends. A gifted writer, he expressed himself through beautiful poetry, storytelling, and original songs, often accompanied by the guitar he loved to play.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Hobert and Nell Milner; his brother, Roger Milner; and many lifelong friends who meant the world to him.
He leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory: his children, Casey (John) Kirk, Kevin (Joey) Milner, and Anthony Milner, and their mother, Marcia Milner; his sisters, Janet Barton, Sheree Jo (John) Robinson, and Peggy (Joe) Brockmeyer; and his sister-in-law, Sandy Milner. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren and a beloved uncle to twelve nieces and nephews, along with many other treasured family members and friends.
Dennis will be remembered for his intelligence, creativity, kindness, and the deep love he shared so freely with those around him. His words, music, and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
To honor his memory, practice peace, fight for equality, and be a good neighbor.
A Celebration of Life for Dennis will be held in the spring.
