Ms. Milner leaves to cherish her memory: her children, Charles Milner and Altovise Milner; grandchildren, John Johnson, Myresa Darden, Charles Milner, Jr., Sydney Milner, Saniyya Manns and Gabriel Manns; great-grandchildren, Beverly Johnson and Xavier Johnson; and a host of other relatives.
Ms. Milner was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Sophia Milner, Jr.; and siblings, Frank Williams, Bobby Williams, Keith Milner, Dennis Milner, Bernard Milner and Kenneth Milner.
