Dennis J. Reeves

GREENFIELD – Dennis J. Reeves, age 79, of Greenfield, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at his residence. He was born in Bay City, Michigan, on April 16, 1946, to Clifton E. and Lucille (Neumann) Reeves. He graduated from Bay City Central High School in 1964. Dennis received his associate's degree from Bay City College and then later in life, he received his bachelor's degree in engineering. He married Rosalie "Rosie" A. (Hardy) on May 29, 1965, in Essexville, Michigan.
Dennis worked as a quality engineer for Prestolite Company, Dohlor Jarvis, and IAF, and retired from IAF in 2012. He liked cutting his grass and being on his mower. He was an avid golfer who loved playing in tournaments. Dennis especially enjoyed spending time with his pets, Ginger and Tootier.
He is survived by his spouse, Rosie Reeves; daughter, Deanna Reeves (David II) Fraley; son, Paul Clifton Reeves (Jill Sipe-Barr); three grandchildren, David "Davey" Fraley, III and family, Connor Reeves, and Joey Fraley and family; and sister-in-law, Amy Hardy. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140.
