Mr. Roach was born on October 2, 1958, in Royston, GA, son of the late Marshall Roach and the late Bonnie Cromer Roach. He was a clerk having worked at Cleveland Auto Parts and a member of The Springs Church. Mr. Roach also was a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, Lt. Dickson L. Baker Camp #926; a member of the Hunley where he was a casket guard and marched to the burial site; and he also dedicated crosses with his cannon.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Phyllis Ward.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Hopkins Roach; daughter, Tina Jackson of Toccoa, GA; brother, Ronnie Roach (Susan) of Royston; sister, Gail Jones (Scott) of Athens, GA; grandchildren, Shane Addison, Toby Jackson, Harley Jackson, and Mackenzie Jackson; and three great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024. During other times, the family will be at the home.
Flowers are optional; memorials may be made to the University Cancer and Blood Center.
Pruitt Funeral Home of Royston, GA is in charge of arrangements.
