Dennis Joe Snoby, 85, of Douglasville, GA, passed away on September 19, 2025. He was born on March 12, 1940, the son of the late Virginia Janet.
His life was woven with rich experiences and cherished memories that reflected his vibrant spirit and generous heart.
Dennis dedicated a significant portion of his professional life to a successful career in sales. His outgoing and outspoken nature allowed him to connect with people from all walks of life, leaving an indelible mark on those he encountered. He was known for his easy-going demeanor, which enabled him to navigate both work and personal connections with grace and warmth.
A devoted family man, he celebrated 32 years of marriage, a testament to his commitment and love to his wife Bonnie Brown. Notably, Dennis found joy in simple pleasures, including watching Judge Judy and reliving the nostalgia of old Westerns. His passion for travel took him to Florida each year, where he created lasting memories that he treasured deeply. An adventurous eater, Dennis delighted in trying new foods, often seeking out the best local delicacies wherever he went.
Dennis was also a big fan of the Atlanta Falcons, showcasing his enthusiasm for sports and his unwavering team spirit. His love for the game was infectious, often bringing friends and family together to share in the excitement of each season.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Gary Snoby.
He is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie Farmer Brown.
In accordance with his wishes he will be cremated. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted on a later date.
He will be missed not only for his jovial presence and passion for life but also for the countless lives he touched with his kindness and infectious laughter. Dennis' legacy will continue to live on in the hearts and memories of all who knew him.
