Dennis Swenson Obituary
Dennis Keith Swenson, 78, of Crowley, Texas, entered the kingdom of heaven on September 9, 2025 while in Hospice for a short time. He will be remembered for his faith in Christ, his kind heart, and the joy he brought to family and friends.
Dennis was born on February 21, 1947, to Davis and Vera Swenson in Hillsboro, North Dakota. He graduated from Erskine High School in 1965, in Erskine, Minnesota. Dennis was proud to serve his country in the Army National Guard/North Dakota for six years. He graduated from Hurst Community College, and his career in the FBI as an accountant spanned 40 years. Dennis married Donna Landers on December 28, 2002. The Swenson family moved to Texas in 1969, living in Euless, prior to Dennis and Donna moving to Crowley in 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Emily (Boyer) and Davis, Jr./Ervin.
He is survived by his loving and proud family, including: spouse, Donna, sister Kay (Olesen), nephews; David, Bryan, Shannon and Eric, and nieces; Pam, Deb and Charlotte and families.
