Dennis Wayne Tolley, Sr., 73 years, of North East, MD, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2025 in the ChristianaCare Union Hospital of Elkton, MD. Born May 30, 1952 in Havaco, WVA, he was the son of the late Willard David and Ocie Louraine Stevens-Tolley.
Dennis was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served August 1970 until January 1993. Dennis retired from the Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer Electronics Technician.
Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Donna Lynn Lobas-Tolley; sons, Dennis Wayne Tolley, II, and James Michael Tolley; brothers, John L. Tolley and Barry L. Tolley; and sister, Vickie L. Tolley.
Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, 2025, 1 PM, at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., of Perryville, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2025, 12 Noon until 1 PM, at the funeral home prior to the funeral service. Pastor Michael A. Caldwell of the Asbury Methodist Church of Port Deposit, MD, will officiate. Interment has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 4, 2025, 10:45 AM, in the Maryland Veterans Cemetery of Crownsville, MD.
