Derald Lyman Obituary
A native of Midway, Kentucky, Nick was born on November 13, 1968, to Derald Lyman Sr. and Vivian Downs. Nick was a simple man at heart who found his greatest joy in the outdoors – especially hunting and fishing-but nothing meant more to him than time spent with his boys and grandchildren. He will be remembered for his love of family, his laid-back spirit, and the quiet way he showed up for the people he loved.
He is survived by his two sons, Darryl (Rachel) Lyman and Damian (Shelby) Lyman; five grandchildren, Brooklyn, Easton, Karson, Wyatt, and Dawson Lyman; three sisters, Tammy Ramos, Corey Hollin, and Angie Clawson; several beloved nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Janice Trigg.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 18, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Penn Memorial Baptist Church in Stamping Ground, Kentucky. Family and friends are invited to come together to share memories and honor Nick's life.
Friend and family are encouraged to leave messages of condolences and share memories here on Derald's tribute wall.
