Derrick Lamar Harley was born on August 31st, 1967, in Rochester, NY. He attended #2 school and from there attended East High School. Derrick loved sports. From a young age he played Popwarner football, and he loved basketball. One thing he did not like was having to go to choir rehearsal. He DID NOT LIKE IT! He loved family, was fast talking and charming.
Derrick is predeceased by his grandmother Eunice Howard, his dad Burt Moore, his brother Samuel "Kraig" Harley, sisters Alicia "Fox" Harley, Sheryl "Cookie" Curry and Caroline Anthony.
Derrick leaves to mourn his beloved wife Denise "Niki" "Penny" Greer-Harley and adoring mother Rudine Curry. His children Danisha "Baby Doll" Thomas-Bradly (Tyrell), D'Netra "Shortcake" Brooks (Rasheim), D'Sean "Pooh" Kelly, D'Lette "Diggums" Kelly, Detroit "Buff" Kelly, and DeQuoya "Doe" Kelly. Brothers Gary Howard and Charles Curry Jr. Sisters Sherita Wickware and special sister Taninta Epps. A Goddaugher, Dojonai Henderson, 19 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. He also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews and family and friends.

Please excuse my writing I can't really talk well these days but I hope everybody knows what I'm talking about I'm so saddened by his passing I didn't hear about it until yesterday my condolences to the family

I'm so sorry to hear about this passing I was his girlfriend back in the days and it was really nice he will be missed we had a lot of great times together
