Deunté DaMario "Tay" Myers was born on Sunday, April 6, 1997, in Augusta, GA. Our dearly beloved "Tay" entered eternal rest on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Roosevelt Myers and Eddie Lamb.
Tay was a bright light in every room he entered. He was a funny and charismatic father, son, brother, nephew, uncle and friend who was loved by many. His smile never failed to lift spirits, and his laughter was contagious. Tay carried joy wherever he went, and his presence left an unforgettable mark on those blessed to know him.
He graduated from Jefferson County High School in May 2016, proud of his accomplishments and the bonds he built along the way. Beyond school, Tay's greatest passion was music. He wrote songs, spent countless hours listening to different artists, and often spoke of his dream to inspire others through his art. Music was his heartbeat, and it reflected the depth of his spirit and creativity.
He leaves behind to treasure his memories: a son, Cason Wiggins of Augusta, GA; his devoted parents, Tameka Lamb of
Wrens, GA and Demetrius Myers, Sr. of Evans, GA; three sisters, Tiana Myers of Augusta, GA, JaKayia D'Antignac of

Wrens, GA; a godmother, Lakisha Tarver of Warner Robbins, GA.; the mother of his son, Dora Wiggins of Augusta, GA; a multitude of cousins, a host of friends and loved ones who will forever hold him close in their hearts.
Though our hearts ache with his absence, we rest in the assurance that God's plans are far beyond our understanding. We thank God for the gift of Tay's life, for our opportunity to love him, laugh with him, and be loved by him. And we thank God for loving him the most.
Tay will be greatly missed, but his legacy of joy, love and music will live on in every smile he inspired and every song that reminds us of him.
