DEVIN ATTENDED THE NEWARK PUBLIC SCHOOLS UNTIL THE AGE OF 14. DEVIN CONTINUED HIS EDUCATION WITHIN THE YORK CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT WHEN WE RELOCATED TO YORK, PA IN 2004. DEVIN GRADUATED WITH THE CLASS OF 2009. DEVIN LOVED PEOPLE, WATCHING TV, VIDEO GAMES, AND ANIMALS.
DEVIN IS SURVIVED BY HIS MOTHER TISHA GLOVER OF YORK, PA, HIS FATHER TRACY GRANT OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, FIVE BROTHERS NASIR WILLIAMS OF SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, PA, CHRISTOPHER BLACK OF YORK, PA, GRANT AND TRACY SIMMONS OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY AND TRACY LLEWELLYN OF TEXAS; TWO SISTERS MARY BLACK OF YORK, PA AND ANUSHA GRANT. DEVIN IS ALSO SURVIVED BY A HOST OF AUNTS, UNCLES, NIECES AND NEPHEWS. DEVIN IS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS MATERNAL AND PATERNAL GRANDPARENTS.
DEVIN LEAVES TO CHERISH HIS MEMORY A MULTITUDE OF AUNTS, UNCLES, COUSINS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
