Devon Andrew Biggs Celebration of Life Memorial will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Warren First Nazarene Church, 4179 Parkman Rd., Warren, OH 44481
There will also be a Celebration of Life at Eastmoor Academy, 417 S. Weyant, Columbus, OH. Date and time to be announced.
OBITUARY
Devon Andrew Biggs was born to Michele (Mandy) Biggs September 21, 2007. Devon made his journey to heaven on May 2, 2023.
During his short life, he touched more people's hearts than most of us do in our lifetime. Devon was an amazing young man with the sincerest heart, loving soul, biggest smile, and contagious
laugh; never meeting a stranger and never deserting a friend.
In Devon's 15 years with us he was, among other things, an athlete. He participated in soccer, basketball, weightlifting, chess team and track. His most outstanding accomplishment was earning his Black Belt in Taekwondo by the age of 9 ½. He participated in several tournaments, earning a spot in the TKD National Tournament in Detroit, where he took third place in board breaking.
After moving to Columbus, he was accepted into Eastmoor Academy where he excelled. He was chosen to participate in the Law & Leadership program, volunteered with KidsLinked and worked on the security team with his grandfather at his church when he was visiting Warren.
All guests will be invited to, if led, to share thoughts, memories, and funny stories of Devon as we celebrate the Life of Devon Biggs.
He is leaving behind his Mom, Michele (Mandy); his loving father figure, Stuart Clayborn; Sister, MiKayla Peterson; Brother, Michon Peterson; Grandparents, Richard and Theresa Biggs; Uncle Darren Biggs of Lordstown; Cousin Christopher Biggs of Lordstown; Aunt Leslie (John) Wilton of Cleveland; Cousins Abbey and Luke Wilton, and many other second and third cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to set up a program to be implemented in the future, focused on the dangers of distracted driving and convincing schools to change the running routes of their track practices.

Devon is so missed and will never be forgotten. He was a one of a kind, amazing young man. It was lovely to see him as a baby and then go thru his growing stages. They were just too few.

Devon was such a bright spirit he would make the best out of a bad situation even when he was mad he´d still end up laughing the hardest in the room and was such a joy to be around he was nice to people and always was hard working and new what he wanted he never just did something to do it but did it because he would have a plan I love you man every time I saw you I´d be so happy because it would feel like the room lit up and when you came around you were more than just my teammate you were my brother one of the only few I could really trust at that school

Dev will have a place in my heart always I had the privilege of knowing him from the time he was a toddler until he gained his wings. He was a very impressive young man but also a kind and caring young man

Me and Devon were good friends, he was such a goofy and full of life type of person/friend. I´m gonna miss him dearly, sincerest condolences go to him and his family.
