Dexter M. Billingsley age 90 of Lamar, Arkansas passed away Friday, August 15, 2025 at Johnson Regional Medical Center in Clarksville.

Dexter was born October 9, 1934 in Bluffton, Arkansas to the late O. Bryan & Alice Williams Billingsley. Dexter was a member of the Nola Church of Christ. He retired after many years of building custom homes in Hot Springs Village, and was also a cattleman.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years Helen G. Fulks Billingsley; siblings, Darrell Billingsley, Imogene Walters, Evelyn Mitchell, Alice Dale Whala, Gwen May and Louetta Everett.

Survivors include his children, Kevin & Kim Billingsley, Karen & Billy Casey and Pam & David Norman; grandchildren, Nicholas Billingsley, Katie Casey, Grant & Amber Harmon, Jessie Casey and Ryan Harmon; great-grandchildren, Mason Casey and Grayson Harmon; sisters-in-law Pat & Ronnie Kocher and Wilma Lawrence; brother-in-law, Richard & Pam Fulks and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, August 21 at Cornwell Funeral Home in Danville. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2025 at the Nola Church of Christ. Burial will be at Bluffton Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Kevin Billingsley, Nicholas Billingsley, Grant Harmon, Ryan Harmon, Mark Mitchell, and David Mitchell.

Honorary pallbearers include Larry Mitchell, Harrel Walters, Mason Casey, Grayson Harmon, Ronnie Crawford, Rick Sherrill, Monty Crawford, Larry Wayne James, Joe Dishongh, Gary Ennis, Jerry Jones, Len Cullins, David Norman, and Billy Casey.
