Diana Lynn Bowersock, 76, of Wooster, passed away Saturday July 26 at LifeCare Hospice, in Wooster.
Diana was born September 21, 1948 in West Finley, PA to Blaine and Anne {Johnson} Allum.
She married James Bowersock Sr. on June 30, 1978. He died in 2018.
Diana worked for Rubbermaid for many years retiring in the mid 1980’s. Diana was a member of the United Methodist Church in Wooster. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge and Eagles. Diana loved to bowl.
Diana will be deeply missed by her children James (Lori) Bowersock Jr. of Wooster, Angela (Travis) Bloomer of Arizona, Heather (Chris) Mark of Wooster, and Gregory (Joscelyn) Bowersock of North Carolina; grandchildren Jonathan (Lisa), Joshua, Rachael (Sam), Zachary (MaKenzie), Mackenzi (Hayden), Madolyn, James, Lacey, Colton, and Hayden; 8 great-grandchildren; sister Carol (Tim) Huxley; sister-in-law Cathy Allum.
Diana was preceded in death by her husband James, her parents, brother Paul Allum, and sister Ruthie Ralston.
Friends may call Tuesday, July 29 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Kirk Fairhurst officiating. Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
