Diana Gudex, age 82, of Cascade, WI, passed away peacefully at Homestead Health Services in New Holstein on October 25, 2022.
She was born on May 3, 1940 in Sheboygan, WI, a daughter of the late Walter and Pearl (Nonnweiler) Prahl.
Diana attended Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah High School. On July 16, 1960, she married Duane Gudex at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Mt. Calvary, WI.
She worked at Tecumseh Manufacturing for 39 years. Diana enjoyed crafts, traveling, listening to music and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her loving husband, Duane Gudex of Cascade; three sons, Dane (Robin) Gudex of Mesa, AZ, Dale (Ruth) Gudex of Kiel, and Dean (Sandy) Gudex of Plymouth; seven grandchildren, Ashley (Chris) Hubbard, Vanessa Gudex, Stephanie Rortvedt, Tiffany Longmuir, Dennis Longmuir, Joshua (Theresa) Gudex, and Casey Gudex; Twelve great-grandchildren; three sisters, Martha (Larry) Rentmeester, Rita Picard, and Joan (Jerry) Shaske; four brothers, Walter Prahl Jr., Frank (Barb) Prahl, John (Verna) Prahl, Victor (Karen) Prahl; three sisters-in-law, Judy Buelow, Linda (Paul) Kind, and Nancy Guell; and brother-in-law, Clarence Jr. (Mary) Gudex.
She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Dennis Prahl and Edward Prahl; and two brothers-in-law, Jack Guell and Mike Picard.
Following Diana's wishes, private family services will be held.
