Diana Marie Pisano

Pisano, Diana Marie, age 92 of Hawthorne on Sunday, November 9, 2025.
Born in Mount Vernon, NY, Diana raised her family in Paterson and resided in North Haledon before moving to Hawthorne 12 years ago. Diana worked as a head teller at the First National Bank in Riverside for 27 years. After retirement, Diana worked in the Hawthorne Public School system where she loved working in the cafeteria around children and was affectionally known as the Cookie lady.
Diana enjoyed trips to Wildwood Crest and enjoyed food and wine especially while spending time with her family. She loved the holidays and will always be remembered for her quick wit and great sense of humor.
Diana M. Pisano was the beloved wife of the late Anthony Pisano, Sr. (2016). Loving mother of Anthony Pisano, Jr. of Hawthorne, Elena McGillicuddy and her husband John of Roselle Park, Ronnie Pisano and his wife Michelle of North Haledon. Dear grandmother of Brian McGillicuddy and Jessica and Greg DeSocio. Great grandmother of James DeSocio.
Funeral will be departing at 9:00am on Friday, November 14, 2025 from the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Avenue, Hawthorne for a 9:30am funeral mass at St. Anthony's R.C. Church, Hawthorne. Entombment will follow at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 4:00pm to 8:00pm
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
