Michael Victor Pesaro

Pesaro, Michael Victor., age 67 of Hawthorne, on Sunday, November 9, 2025.
Born in Passaic, Michael lived in Clifton for 30 years before settling in Hawthorne. He retired as a warehouse worker at UPS and enjoyed attending car and motorcycle shows especially those with 1960s muscle cars. He was an avid Harley-Davidson motorcyclist. He was passionate about the 1980s and 1990s disco scene. And he enjoyed vacationing at the Jersey shore.
Michael was the beloved husband of Joanne (nee Porporino) Pesaro. Loving stepfather of John Hurley and his wife Jessica of Hawthorne. Beloved Pop-Pop of Joshua, Jackson and Joseph. Dear uncle to Anthony Capalbo his wife Yesenia and their children Alison and Julian, and Nicholas Capalbo and his wife Nahry Tak. Dearest brother-in-law to Bruna Capalbo and her husband Joseph of Hawthorne, Joseph Porporino and Bob Porporino. Pre-deceased by his parents Dominick Pesaro and Mary Talipsky.
Michael had a special relationship with his best friend John Andrikanich who he had known since grade school, and who was like a brother to him.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.at the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home. Funeral will be departing at 10:00am on Friday, November 14, 2025 from the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Avenue, Hawthorne, for a 10:30am funeral mass at St. Anthony's R.C. Church, Hawthorne. Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery and Mausoleum, Paterson.
