Diane L. Bradshaw, age 82, of Marlton, NJ, passed away suddenly while surrounded by loving
family on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
Diane was born and raised in Floral Park, NY, and had resided in Medford Lakes, NJ for 46 years
before moving to Marlton 4 years ago. Diane cherished her yearly family summer trips to Ocean
City, NJ. In her leisure, she enjoyed knitting and reading. She made the most beautiful blankets,
but Christening blankets were her specialty and they are all cherished by family and friends.
Above all, she prioritized being the best Mom, Grandmom, and Great-Grandmom. Family was
her everything and everyone she met she treated as family. She was the most inspirational and
loving person and anyone that was lucky enough to know her was blessed.
Diane was everybody's rock, everybody's confidante. She was the one everyone looked to for
sound advice or just an ear to listen. She made sure she was always present - never missed a
family event, no matter the size. She just overflowed with love and pride for everyone in her
family and everyone felt it. She made sure everyone knew how much they were loved by her.
She had the patience of a saint and always saw the good in everyone.
Diane had a very strong Catholic faith. She prayed the rosary religiously and that faith carried
her through life. She was the heart and soul of her family. She was in her glory at Sunday
dinners in Medford Lakes being surrounded by those she loved. It was an open door policy and
she always felt the more the merrier. The world was a better place with her in it and there will
be a very big void in our lives without her. She will be deeply missed by those she leaves
behind.
Diane was predeceased by her brother, Bill Schroeder and four of her children, Rob, Tom, Geri,
and Lori. She is survived by her beloved spouse, Robert Bradshaw; daughters, Tricia Marshall
(Tim), Kathy Merkh (Chris); daughter-in-laws, Jill and Deb; son-in-laws, Jim and Gary; 13
grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N.
Main Street, Medford, NJ. A subsequent viewing will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023, from 9:45 AM to
10:30 AM, immediately followed by mass of the Christian burial, both at St. Mary of the Lakes,
40 Jackson Road, Medford, NJ. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org
