ALBERT BRUNK, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 16th, 2025. He was 91 years of age. Born in Queens, New York, he is the son of the late John W. Brunk and Maria (da Costa) Brunk and the husband of the late Yvone T. (nee Teles) Brunk. He lived in New York and then to South Jersey after being transferred to the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

A Procurement Officer for the US Navy, Albert worked at the Brooklyn Navy Yard and then later the Philadelphia Navy Yard. For almost 2 years, his work took him and the family to Naples, Italy. He was also a veteran of the US Army serving during the Korean War. He was a graduate of New York University and CW Post. Al was an avid soccer player from High School and was a member of the Long Island Soccer Club until moving to NJ when he began coaching for LYAA bringing his team to a winning season. When not coaching, he was also a referee.

He is the Beloved Father of Carol Diezel and her husband Paul of Pitman, NJ, John Brunk and his wife Barbara of St. Petersburg, FL and Barbara Talbot and her husband Dennis of Atco, NJ. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren Ryan McMahon, Caitlin McMahon, Connor Diezel, Deanna Brunk, Patricia Brunk and Jake Brunk and his 3 great grandchildren Colin, Kiersten and Wyatt. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME of Medford, NJ. (www.BradleyStow.com)
