Diane (Freeman) Burrows 83 of Lebanon, OR, passed away in her sleep Friday June 21, 2024 at Bridgecreek Memory Care.
She was born December 12, 1940 in Phoenix Az. to Jack Reed and Florence Louise Freeman. She was raised in Arizona on the family ranch.
After graduation she moved to Phoenix to attend Lamson's Business College. Her dream was to become a nurse, but was unable to achieve that dream because of back problems. She then moved to San Francisco to attend Dental school to be a Dental assistant. She met Melvin Eugene Burrows on a blind date, they got married in 1960. They had 3 children Cindie, Sherry and Melvin II all born in California. They moved back to Arizona to be close to her family and raise their children.
She is survived by her 3 children: Cindie Louise (Mark), Sherry Melleen (Greg), Melvin II Eugene (Deborah), 1 step brother Gray Martinez, 2 nieces Codi Brea, Carra Cashel, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and one on the way.
She is preceded in death by: her parents Jack and Florence Freeman, her husband Melvin Eugene, 4 brothers Jackie Reed, Ross Roberts, Reed Peters, Holly Kissick, and Todd Powers, Step sister Cynthia Martinez, 1 niece Sheyna Robyn.
In lieu of flowers we asking for donations in her memory be made to The American Heart Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
