Diane E. Fencik, age 82, of Cranberry Twp., formerly of Moon Twp., was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
Born December 7, 1942 in Duquesne, she was the daughter of the late James "Jim" and Elizabeth (Sandor) Doban.
Diane had a strong faith and was a member of St. Ferdinand Church. She loved being a mother and grandmother and enjoyed taking care of her family. She also enjoyed going to the casino and dining out with her husband Joe, and the many adventures they shared through the years. She liked to travel, and going to the beach and being with her grandchildren were at the top of her list of favorite things.
Diane will be sadly missed and always remembered by her husband of 59 years, Joseph Fencik; her children, Timothy Fencik (Donna) of Cranberry Township, Jeffrey Fencik (Amy) of Texas, and Gregory Fencik (Carrie) of Florida; her 14 grandchildren; her 8 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Mary Ann Wolford (Donald) of Texas.
In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her daughter, Robin (David) Vallimont; and her brother, James Doban Jr.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., at Divine Grace Parish - St. Ferdinand Church, 2535 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Township, PA 16066.
Diane will be laid to rest at St. Gregory's Cemetery, Zelienople.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Diane's memory to Good Samaritan Hospice, 146 Neely School Rd., Wexford, PA 15090. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Diane, please visit our floral store.
