Toms River, NJ. Diane grew up in Bayonne and spent most of her adult years teaching in Lacey
Township Schools as a Reading Specialist. She and her family lived in Toms River for the
majority of that time and recently moved to Manchester Township.. Her intellect, generosity and
genuine concern for others is unmatched. She enjoyed card-making, playing Mahjong and
Canasta as well as crocheting. She's predeceased by her parents (Judy & Herman Follick) and
younger brother (Stephen Follick). Diane is survived by her husband of 53 years, Hal, daughter
Paige (& Aaron) Kramer and three incredible granddaughters, Hailey, Ava & Emma.

A lifetime of helping others, a quiet tender voice, a genuine friend with a warm heart that loved her family. Diane always wanted to hear details of her wonderful, young granddaughters' day. Hailey, Ava and Emma made Diane so joyful. She will forever be loved and missed by us all.

Farewell, my friend! You touched the lives of many children and instilled in them a love of reading. I will always cherish our breakfasts and lunches we shared. I will think of you whenever I play Mahjong. Thank you for being patient with me when we played together. Rest in Peace! You will be missed!

Diane was a veteran teacher when I first started teaching at Lanoka Harbor Elementary School. She was always so kind, patient, and professional. She was the perfect role model. May she rest in peace and may her memory be eternal.
