Diane "Diana" Klein, born Diane Lincomfelt on April 19, 1951, in Forrest City, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025, in Springfield, Missouri, surrounded by loved ones. She was 74.
Diane's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family. She was the heart of her home and the soul of every gathering. Her greatest joy came from her four sons-Aaron, Jesse, Zachary (Stephanie), and Chad (Gretchen)-and her five grandchildren: Kimberly, Molly, Devin, Meikel, and Amelia. She adored them with every fiber of her being and treasured the time spent watching them grow, laugh, and thrive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Lula; her sisters Margie and Vernie; and her former spouse Marc. Though they are gone, their memories lived on in Diane's stories and the love she carried for them.
Diane's generous heart and playful spirit touched everyone she met. Her laughter was contagious, her kindness unending, and her presence comforting. She found joy in life's quiet moments-gardening in the sunshine, losing herself in a good book, traveling with curiosity, and sitting peacefully by the ocean or listening to the rain. Her dog Baby was her constant companion, and her spirituality, though not tied to any denomination, was a quiet strength that guided her through life's journey.
She had a deep love for words and literature, and her thoughts often flowed with poetic grace. Whether scribbled in a journal or shared in conversation, her reflections carried the rhythm of someone who saw beauty in the everyday and meaning in the smallest details. Her writing was not just expression-it was connection, a way to wrap her love around those she cherished.
She was a force of nature-fierce in her love, gentle in her strength, and unforgettable in her warmth. Diane leaves behind a legacy of love that will echo in the hearts of those who knew her, in every shared memory and every smile sparked by her name.
