Diane Mancuso Obituary
Diane was born on October 6, 1964, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to the late Louise (Sirois) Bastarache and Ovila Bastarache. Raised in Waltham, MA, Diane cherished her family and created a home filled with love and warmth.
Throughout her life, Diane dedicated herself to her family. With her beloved husband, Joe, she raised three wonderful children: Christopher, Stephanie, and Nicholas. Diane's role as a mother was her greatest joy, and she took pride in supporting her children. She loved and cared for her playful dog, Zeke.
Diane devoted several years of her professional life to the Physical Therapy Department at Massachusetts General Hospital in Waltham, where her work was characterized by a commitment to patients' comfort and well-being.
Diane is survived by her dedicated husband, Joseph Mancuso, and their three children: Christopher, Stephanie, and Nicholas, who will carry her in their hearts. In addition, she is survived by her sister, Nancy Johnson, and her husband, Ronald Johnson, of Chelmsford, as well as her brothers and sisters-in-law: James Mancuso and his wife, Gail, of Cromwell, CT; Peter Mancuso and his wife, Janet, of Superior, CO; Paul Mancuso of Waltham; and Mary Ann Romero and her husband, Scott, of Mashpee. Diane's family includes her cherished nieces and nephews.
Family & friends are invited to gather & remember Diane during visiting hours on Friday, March 6th, 2026, from 10AM to 12noon in The Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial Chapels, located at 773 Moody Street in Waltham. Relatives and friends are warmly invited to join the family in honoring Diane's memory and sharing the story of her extraordinary life.
A funeral service celebrating Diane's remarkable life will be held at 12noon. Interment will follow at Mt. Feake Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are welcome.
