Barbara Beaulieu Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Campbell Funeral Home - Beverly on Mar. 4, 2026.
Barbara R. Beaulieu, 75 of Beverly, died on Sunday, March 1st. Born in Cambridge on March 13, 1950, she was the daughter to the late Michael and Ruth (West) Kennedy and beloved wife to Louis A. Beaulieu.

Barbara was raised and educated in Waltham and Wenham, and was a graduate of Hamilton/Wenham High School. She went on to attend North Shore Community College as well as Salem State before attaining her Master's degree in Child Psychology. She was employed with Clark Care Inc. in Winchester as a coordinator, helping in both patient and staffing coordination. She worked for many years for the company until her retirement in 2016. Prior to working with Clark Care Inc., Barbara worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a group home manager for patients with disabilities.

In her spare time, Barbara loved to read romance and mystery novels. She also enjoyed playing card games with her husband. From an early age, Barbara loved animals, especially dogs, and she carried that love through her life having many family pets. Barbara had a wonderful fondness of West Beach in Beverly Farms and spent many peaceful hours by the shore.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Louis A. Beaulieu of Beverly, her sons, Robert "BJ" Brown and his wife, Amy, of Wenham, and David Brown and his wife, Tracey, of Taunton, her step-daughter, Sarah Beaulieu and her partner, Lucas Cunningham of Rockport, her granddaughters, Elizabeth, Emily, and Belle Brown, as well as her sister, Carol Fucci and her husband, Ron of Waltham. She also leaves her very-close cousin, Elise Lowick and her children, Lachlan, Austin, and Angel of Lane Cove, Australia.

Her funeral service will be at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly, on Friday, March 13th at 12pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours prior to the service from 10am to 12pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Barbara's memory to Cape Ann Animal Aid, 4 Paws Lane, Gloucester, MA 01930.
