Efstathios L. Papaconstantinou

Efstathios "Steve" L. Papaconstantinou, 63, of Beverly, passed away on Monday, February 23rd. He was born on August 1, 1962, to Stella and Lambros Papaconstantinou.

He was a member of a hiking club, taking photographs of nature and anything, he considered important. He was known for his smile and jokes. He was always looking on the bright side. He graduated from college and worked as an optometrist at several places. He was also a member of AHEPA, a Hellenic Education Organization, promoting Greek Ideals.

Steve is survived by His brothers Konstantinos (Kostas) Papaconstantinou, and Isidoros (Izzy) Papaconstantinou from MN. He is also survived by his mother, Stella Papaconstantinou, who is going to be 96 years old, and his daughter Eleni, Papajiannis. Also survived by several cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He was predeceased by his sister Efrosini (Frosso) Papaconstantinou, who died in September 23 of 2023 after a 3 year battle with Ovarian Cancer, his Uncle George Papadopoulos, who died from complication from lung cancer 11 years ago, his father Lambros Papaconstantinou, who passed away in late spring of 2015, and his aunt Dina Psychogios, who passed away from brain cancer more than 2 decades ago.

His Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Vasilios Greek Orthodox Church, 5 Paleologos St, Peabody on Wednesday, March 4th at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Central Cemetery, Beverly.
