Diane Matteo

Diane Matteo, age 80, of Willoughby Hills, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025. Born on January 16, 1945 in the Bronx NY to the late Ernie and Ruth (Wallerstein) Korman, Diane lived a life defined by loyalty, enthusiasm, and devotion to her family. Diane was a "woman's woman," known for her strong spirit, warmth, good hugs and dedication to serving others. She proudly volunteered her time at Make A Wish, PEO and the Sub Zero Mission, demonstrating her commitment to community and philanthropy. She was an avid reader. Loved the beach and traveling. She was also a devoted fan of all Cleveland Sports but especially loved the Cleveland Browns. Above all, Diane adored her family. She is survived by her loving daughters, Kerri Gamiere, Staci (Eric) Hynd, Jacquie McCullough, Roberta Bates, and Darci Blaskis. She was a cherished grandmother to Katlin (Duke), Alison,Meadow, Alex, Ava, Kinsela and Ashlyn, and a doting great-grandmother to Kacey and Ainsley. She also leaves behind her sister Carol Eisenberg, niece Pam Sprague nephew Steven Eisenberg and many dear friends that were like family to her. Diane was preceded in death by her loving life partner, Ken McCullough. Diane's spirit will be deeply missed and forever celebrated by her family, friends and community. In lieu of flowers please make donation's to any of the three above mentioned charities in her honor. A celebration of Diane's life will be held on January 16, 2026.
