Diane Hebert Rosamond, a lifelong resident of Jeanerette, passed away on March 31, 2025, at the age of 82. She was born on November 9, 1942, in Jeanerette, LA and spent her career as a secretary in the sugar cane industry before retiring. Diane was married to her loving husband, JB Rosamond, for 62 wonderful years.
Family meant everything to Diane. She adored her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She also loved traveling with JB, creating lasting memories on the road. Diane cherished her friends and always kept them close to her heart.
She is loved and remembered by her husband, JB Rosamond; children, Joey Rosamond (Debbie), Jason Rosamond, and Deneen Rosamond Porche (Norman); grandchildren, Joshua Rosamond (Misty), Kari Rosamond, Logan Rosamond (Rachel), and Ridge Rosamond (Billie) and Trey Porche (Beth); great grandchildren, Ashton, Jax, Kash, Beck, Kensi, and Haven; and brother, Edwin Hebert, Jr.
Diane is preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Marguerite Hebert; sisters, Vernice Hebert Boudreaux, Betty Hebert Latiolais, and Amy Hebert Crochet; and brother, Roy Hebert.
A memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 4, 2025, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, located at 1510 Church St, Jeanerette, LA 70544.
