Funeral services are 11:00 am, Friday, May 23, 2025, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel in Kosciusko with burial to follow at North MS Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Kilmichael. Visitation will be Friday, 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Culpepper Funeral Home.
Pleas is survived by his wife Shirley Anderson Rosamond, son Mike Rosamond (Kathy), daughters Cindy Deason (Jan) and Gina Gillon (Robby), sister Martha Pittman, grandchildren Christie Johanson (Jon), Larry Michael Rosamond (Kate), April Lee (Allen), Cory Deason, Austin Turbeville (Ashley), Cade Ansley, and Hannah Ansley, and 12 great-grandchildren.
Pleas was a member of Crestview Church and was a retired auto mechanic. He had served his country in the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Louise Ferrell Rosamond, brothers E C, Clinton, James, Frank, and R L Rosamond, and great-grandchild Olivia.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his memory to the Gideons International, Blair Batson Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, or a Veterans organization of your choice.
