Diane Stephenson was born on January 27,1944 in Sunman, Indiana, the daughter of the late Howard Newton and Laverne Louise Belter Osburn.
Diane worked at Hampton Inn as the assistant housekeeper and in commerical housekeeping. She loved playing bingo, gardening, traveling, reading, crossword puzzles, spending time with family, and watching her television.
Diane Stephenson departed this life on September 10, 2023 in Savannah, Tennessee at this age of 79 years, 7 months, and 14 days.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Jones of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Suzie Waechter of Oldenburg, Indiana; grandchildren, Adam Jones, Hannah White, and Brian Metcalf, Jr.; great grandson, Johnathan White, III; and former son-in-law, Robert Jones.
In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her son, Brian Metcalf; and brother, Jan Osburn.
