Dianna Lynn Stevens age 71 was surrounded by her family as she passed away on Tuesday afternoon, June 7, 2022 after a two year battle with diabetes and kidney disease. She was born September 25, 1950 in Indianapolis, Indiana the daughter of the late Pierce and Flossie Smith Miller. Dianna was a graduate of North Salem High School, attended Indiana State University and Johnson Bible College. For nearly fifty years she taught piano lessons in her home and for about sixty years she played the piano in her home church and in the churches where she and her husband ministered together. Dianna also worked for several years as an aid in the music department for Lynchburg-Clay School District. In addition to her passion for playing the piano, she enjoyed being "Nanny" and helping care for all five of her grandchildren from the time each was born. As a piano player for the Allensburg Church of Christ for the past thirty-nine years, she has always urged individuals to develop and use their musical abilities for the Lord. She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Bob Stevens, whom she married August 8, 1971. She is also survived by her two children, Lisa (Hannum) Taylor of Peebles, Todd (Gwen) Stevens of Hillsboro; her mother-in-law, Martha Stevens of Lewisville, Indiana; a brother, Mike (Pat) Miller of Indianapolis, Indiana; a sister-in-law, Connie (Dave) Porter of Indianapolis, Indiana; a brother-in-law, Donn (Paula) Stevens of Lewisville, Indiana; five grandchildren, Austin Stevens, Tyler Stevens, William Taylor, Josie Taylor, Ethan Taylor; and numerous nephews and a niece. A Celebration of Dianna's Life will be held 5:00 p.m. Sunday, June 12th at the Allensburg Church of Christ. Bob Stevens and Hannum Taylor will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Church. Memorial contributions may be made in Dianna's memory to the Allensburg Church of Christ 7105 Abernathy Road, Lynchburg, Ohio 45142 or to the Lynchburg-Clay Music Boosters, 6762 S.
