PARISH, NY - Dianne Pecoy, 81, of Parish, New York, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2025. She was born on October 24, 1943, to Cyril and Lucille Reome.
Dianne was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness and warmth touched everyone she met. She will be remembered for her generous heart, strong spirit, and the deep love she shared with her family.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Jim Pecoy; her brother Serle (Lee) Reome; her children Armand Rivers, Sherry (Lacey) Brunelle, Dean, and Lena (Jim) Santmyer; and her stepchildren James Pecoy III, Scott Pecoy, Lisa (Dave) Proulx, and Rebecca Craig.
Dianne was the proud grandmother of Jessica (Michael) Slater, Mindy (Joe) Cook, Keshia (Jeff) Roosa, Lacey Brunelle Jr, Jacob Rivers, Ashley (Jeremy) Corsaro, Brianna (Cam) Prior, Brooke Shurr, Tyler Moore, Josh Pecoy, David Cardone, Noah Cardone, and Alan Craig; great-grandmother of Felicity, Briar, Kaydience (Ty), Jayden, Taylor, Gabriel, Madison, Bryton, Blayne, Heley, Logan, Amirah, Rhett, Mia, Harper, and Gianni; and great-great-grandmother of Oakley, Rowan, and Rory.
She was predeceased by her parents Cyril and Lucille Reome, her brother Cyril Reome Jr., and her sister Nona Bosell.
Funeral Service Information will be as follows:
Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours at Harter Funeral Home Inc. 2983 W. Main Street, in Parish, NY on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 4 - 6 p.m. where a service celebrating Dianne's life will follow.
Dianne's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
