Dianne Sawlsville, age 79, passed away on June 10, 2025.
Dianne was born in Wausau, WI to Raymond and Elsie Klug. Dianne married Arvin Sawlsville of Mosinee, Wisconsin on August 14, 1965 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Wausau.
She was preceded in death by her spouse; Arvin Sawlsville, her parents Raymond and Elsie Klug. As well as brothers and sisters in law; Judy Klug, Vera Ashbeck, Charlene Lukasavage, Illona Minett, Donald Radloff and Albert Lukasavage. She was further preceded in death by a niece and two nephews.
She is survived by daughters; Teri Sawlsville (Michael Gajewski) and Rebecca (Greg) Tryba. A granddaughter; Victoria (Melissa) Sawvino, step grandchildren Elizabeth (Jake) Williams and Victoria Gajewski (Jason Borneman). Honorary grandson; Staff Sargent Patrick (Amber) Witz. 2 siblings; Karen Radloff and Ken Klug. Further followed by many nieces, nephews and more honorary children and grandchildren, as she loved and was beloved by many.
Dianne worked hard in retail; Kroger's, Dale's Super Valu and Fleet Farm all her life. Enjoyed many summers as a child at her grandmother and aunt's resort on Lake Alice. Her married life with Arvin was lovingly spent with family and friends playing cards, traveling and going to the yearly fair held in Wausau. Even through the harder years, caring for her husband she knew how to see the good in life. In later years she enjoyed traveling to visit family with her girls, girls nights spent playing cards and many trips to her daughter's farm where she enjoyed many family gatherings and all of the animals. She also enjoyed her church and their activities, especially the yearly rummage sale. Known for her strength, patience, laughter and grace she will be missed by all.
A visitation will be held at Helke Funeral Home the evening of Monday, June 23rd from 4pm to 7pm. Another visitation will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Wausau, Tuesday, June 24th at 9 am leading up to the service.
Services for Dianne Sawlsville will be held on Tuesday, June 24th, at 11 am at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Peter Williamson officiating. Entombment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park at 2 pm in Wausau, Wisconsin.
