Richard John Stawski

Richard "Dick" Stawski was born to Chester and Ann on April 6, 1934, and passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025, surrounded by his family at home.

Dick was a devout Catholic and member of St. Williams Church whose faith guided his life and relationships. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and he found his greatest joy in time spent with family. He shared 71 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Bernie, a partnership marked by love, faith, and commitment.

He was an avid hunter and angler who found peace and purpose in the outdoors. He was a respected member of the Northeast Hall of Fame and a proud member of the Goldbricks. Dick also enjoyed volunteering at The Raptor Center as well as Catholic Elder Care. These communities reflected his dedication, camaraderie, and passion for the pursuits he loved.

Dick owned and operated Aurelio's Pizza of Roseville for over 30 years.

He is survived by his wife Bernie; his sons Richard (Barb), Robert, Randy (Jerice), Raymond (Tammy), and Roger (Ann); his sister Carol and his cherished grandchildren Stephanie (Scott), Justin (Cindy), Sara, Katie, JohnPaul, Samantha (Michael), Dennis, Jack, Ashley, and Matt, along with great grandchildren; Lennon, Branden, Landen, Tyler and Kadence who brought him great pride and happiness. He was preceded in death by his daughter Becky (Dave), his brother Tom, and his great grandson Daws whom he held forever in his heart.

He will be remembered for his steady faith, deep love for family, and the example he set through a life well lived. His legacy continues in the lives of those he loved and the values he passed on.
