Richard "Dick" William Rosin, 73, of Green Bay, WI was called home on Monday June 9, 2025. He was born on November 2,1951, to Elton and Lenora (Kaiver) Rosin.
Dick attended Green Bay East High School and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy. He later went on to receive his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
He married the love of his life, Connie Broskovetz on June 2nd, 1979, at St. Mary's of the Angels in Green Bay, WI. They welcomed their first daughter, Jennifer on July 4th, 1985, and their second daughter Stephanie on March 9th, 1989.
Dick was a devoted pharmacist for over 40 years, having worked at the Oneida Community Health Center, St. Vincent Hospital, Bellin Hospital, Stowe Drug, and most recently, Shopko pharmacy. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping with friends. Dick was an avid Packers, Badgers, Bucks, Brewers, and NASCAR fan. He took great pride in the fact he attended the Ice Bowl and was a Packers season ticket holder for 55 years.
A proud corvette owner, he cherished his 1975 red Chevy Corvette and kept it in mint condition. His simple joys included caring for his yard and getting on his riding lawn mower. Dick most enjoyed coaching his daughters' softball teams and was the Commissioner of the Wednesday Noon Optimist Girls Softball League for many years.
His faith and convictions were his guide. He was a faithful servant of the church where he volunteered as an usher for weekly masses and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a long-time parishioner at St. Bernard Parish and most recently a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Community.
Dick loved his wife and best friend Connie deeply as well as his daughters Jen and Steph. He was their constant, unchanging, dependable, steady rock. In more recent years, the joys of his life were his three grandchildren for whom he each had a special nickname: Harper "Flash", Landon "Dude" and Lilah "Dolly". His face lit up any time they walked into the room. He greatly enjoyed teasing them, giving them coins, sharing treats, and playing with them.
He will be remembered by all who knew him as a great friend, neighbor, son, brother, uncle, grandpa, dad, and husband.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Connie (Broskovetz) Rosin, daughters, Jennifer (Troy) Pertzborn and Stephanie (Eric) Larson, sisters Susan Rosin and Julie (Michael) Rabideau, in laws John (Lauren) Broskovetz, Steve Broskovetz, Jack (Sandy) Broskovetz, Frank (Kay) Broskovetz, and Jill Dougherty, 7 nieces and nephews, and many special close friends.
He was proceeded in death by his mother and father, Elton and Lenora Rosin, sister Mary Rosin, mother and father-in-law Donald and Constance Broskovetz, brother-in-law Tim Dougherty, and his best friends Steve Engelke and Dr. KC Sturgis.
Family and friends may call at Prince of Peace Catholic Community, 3425 Willow Road, Green Bay, WI 54311 from 9-11AM Monday, June 16th. A mass will begin at 11AM with Fr. Bill Hoffman presiding. A private burial service will be held at a later date. Ryan Funeral Home, De Pere, is assisting the family.
