Dollene Helen Rohrs, 91, of Antwerp, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2025, at the Vancrest of Payne.
Helen was born in West Unity, Ohio on February 19, 1933, a daughter of the late Francis & Opal (Rhoades) Borton.
Helen dedicated many years of her life to working at Dana Weatherhead. A devoted member of First Baptist Church in Antwerp, she lived her faith through kindness and service. On March 1, 1952, she married the love of her life, Floyd Rohrs, and together they shared a life full of love and joy. As a wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother, Helen's greatest happiness came from spending time with her family, cherishing every moment with them. Her warmth, devotion, and nurturing spirit will always be remembered by those who knew her.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Deborah (Randy) Wensink & Michael (Marsha) Rohrs; brother, Jimmie Borton; grandchildren, Jacob (Robin) Creager, Zachary (Kara) Middleton, Brooks (Amanda) Rohrs, & Lindsey (Scott) Arend; &12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd, who passed away September 8, 2019, & siblings, Francis Borton Jr., Harriet Williams, Kenneth Borton, & Doris Brennan.
Service is Tuesday, January 7th at 10:30 AM with viewing 9-10:30 AM at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.
She will be laid to rest privately in Six Corners Cemetery, Hicksville.
Memorials are to the Antwerp Baseball Association.
