Dolores Mary Jones Overholt passed away on February 5, 2025 at 2:45 PM surrounded by her family. Dolores leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends.
Dolores is survived by her beloved husband, the love of her life Stephen Overholt. Together, they built a family filled with love and joy. Dolores is the proud mother of Erica Di Lodovico (Mark), Michael Overholt and Scott Overholt, and the cherished Granny of Lucas who was the light of her life. She is also survived by her siblings Barbara, Thomas, Deborah and Shaun, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and extended family. Dolores is predeceased by her parents Tom and Vera Jones, and sisters Karen Jones and Lesa Byrne.
Above all, Dolores' true legacy is the love she shared with Stephen. Their marriage was a testament to enduring love and mutual respect, a partnership that stood as a beacon for their family. Dolores and Steve were each other’s light, armor and unwavering support; a love story that will live on in the hearts of their children and grandchildren.
Dolores’s kindness, humor and unshakable devotion to her Catholic Faith and especially St. Francis will be deeply missed by all who knew her. While her absence leaves a void, her spirit, humor and the lessons she imparted will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have shared in her remarkable life.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Dolores' funeral on Monday, February 10, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 500 Woodlawn Avenue, Collingdale, PA. Her visitation begins at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Following Mass, interment will be made at Forest Hills Cemetery, Huntingdon Valley, PA.
