Dominic Masi Obituary
He was born on August 15, 1947 in Bristol, the son of the late Michael and Rose Masi.
Mr. Masi was a legend. "The Mayor of Forestville." A US Army veteran of the First Calvary Division and served in the Vietnam War from 1967-1969. Along with his wife Karen, they ran a catering business and had multiple restaurants and delis over the years. He enjoyed sitting on his "screen porch", watching the Yanks (win), quoting his favorite movies, telling stories and singing oldies for his friends. He was also a die hard fan of the New York Yankees and UCONN Huskies.
Dominic is survived by his loving wife Karen (Paghense) Masi; three devoted children: daughter Brina Masi Eades and her husband Kevin Eades; his two sons Dominic P. Masi, Jr. and Gino Masi (Jr.); his brother Robert Masi and his wife Cheryl and many other close friends and family.
All are welcomed to join his family on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at O'Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Bristol from 3PM until 6 PM for a celebration of Dominic's life and are encouraged to wear bright colorful clothing and/or a Yankees hat/shirt in his memory.
